Yes — all items are 100% authentic Japanese Pokémon products sourced directly from official distributors and trusted retailers in Japan. We do not sell fakes, reseals, or proxies.

We’re based in the UK, which means all orders are shipped locally — no import taxes or long international delays for UK buyers.

3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on location.

4. How are items packaged?
All cards and sealed products are packaged with collectors in mind — using protective sleeves, toploaders, and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit.

5. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
