Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our secure UK unit.
All items are shipped via tracked courier service to ensure your order arrives safely.

📦 Returns & Refund Policy
We take great pride in ensuring all products are authentic, sealed, and sourced from verified Japanese distributors.
Every item is inspected before dispatch to confirm factory seals and packaging
integrity.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for sealed, unopened products in their original condition.
To qualify:

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

The product must remain factory sealed and unused.

The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
⚠️ Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Opened or unsealed products (including booster boxes or individual packs)

Products that have been tampered with or altered after delivery

Situations where the product has been opened and the customer is dissatisfied with the pulls or contents
If a product arrives with visible damage or a compromised seal, please contact us before opening it and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
